Practical Information

End-of-Stay Cleaning

Résidence du Soleil & Spa is a holiday residence composed of independent apartments and is not a hotel.

In order to maintain attractive rates throughout the year, end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the accommodation price.

Cleaning products necessary for the maintenance of the apartment are provided free of charge during your stay.

An optional cleaning service is available:

• Apartment for 2 guests: €50
• Apartment for 2 to 4 guests: €80
• Apartment for more than 4 guests: €120

Beds Made Before Arrival

Bed linen is included in all accommodations.

However, beds are not prepared before your arrival.

For additional comfort, we offer a "Beds Made Before Arrival" option at a rate of €12 per bed.

Courtesy Kit

Upon arrival, a courtesy kit is provided to help you settle in comfortably.

It includes a starter roll of toilet paper as well as a selection of basic cleaning products.

As in most holiday residences, consumable supplies are not replenished during your stay.

For hygiene and food safety reasons, and in accordance with current health standards, no food items are left in the apartments between stays. Therefore, salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar and other food products are not provided.

Late Arrivals

Check-in takes place between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

To ensure the best possible welcome, we kindly ask you to inform us of your estimated arrival time as early as possible and to notify us of any delay.

Arrivals outside standard reception hours require special organization by our team.

Subject to availability and prior approval by the residence, the following additional fees may apply:

• Arrival between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM: €30
• Arrival after 9:00 PM: €50
